Shipping Locations We ship to all addresses within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries. International shipping options are available at checkout. (We are continuously expanding—contact us if your country isn’t listed!)
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Standard Shipping (US): 8–10 business days | $9.99 (Free on orders over $50)
- Express Shipping (US): 2–7 business days | $10.99
- Canada: 7–14 business days | Starting at $12.99
- UK, Australia & EU: 10–21 business days | Starting at $18.99
- International duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (US) or equivalent in your currency.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
Delays & Lost Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Non-Deliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
